Comments / Complaints

  • If you have any comments on how we could improve our services to you please tell us or leave a note with the receptionist or in the box provided in the waiting rooms.
  • We also operate a Practice complaints procedure and have an in-house complaints officer. If you wish to make a complaint you may request a complaint form or address your complaint to the Practice Manager.
  • The Practice follows national guidelines on ZERO TOLERANCE ABUSE to all staff.
  • The Practice complies with the following:
  • The Data Protection Act 1998.
  • The Freedom of Information Act 2000.
  • The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2018).

Training

Our Practice is a training practice for the purpose of the Medical Practitioners Vocational Training regulations. This means that on occasions we may have another doctor, who is fully qualified but training for General Practice, working in the Practice. The receptionist will inform you of this if you make an appointment with the doctor.

How to Manage your Appointment

  • When you book your appointment please make it on a day and time that you will be able to attend.
  • Make a note of the date and time in your diary, calendar or mobile.
  • If you are held up or unable to attend then phone and cancel or re-book the appointment.
