We have introduced a Telephone Triage System to ensure our Surgery is a safe environment for everyone. We require 48 hours notice for repeat prescriptions and a nominated Pharmacy.
The majority of contacts will be by Telephone. Make sure we have the appropriate contact details. We can contact patients by video link if necessary and patients may be seen in the Surgery if appropriate.
The receptionist will ask you for a brief summary this will allow us to direct the call to the appropriate person.
